Equipment Manager
1、 Job responsibilities
(1) According to the company's TPM management requirements, optimize and improve the company's relevant equipment management system and systems, and guide their implementation;
(2) Lead the planning of the company's new car room, introduction of new equipment, and implementation of related technical and scientific renovation projects;
(3) Lead the management of production equipment and facilities, energy consumption, and special equipment in the company;
(4) Establish and improve all equipment accounts of the company;
(5) Responsible for the professional technical management of maintenance and repair, as well as the management of materials and maintenance tools and instruments;
(6) Building a talent team within the department;
(7) Responsible for formulating the training plan for the department, organizing its implementation, improving the business and technical level of all department personnel, and conducting regular assessments;
(8) Guide various professional mechanical maintenance technical work and provide technical support for mechanical maintenance personnel;
(9) Responsible for preparing construction plans and material plans for equipment size inspection, maintenance, and technical transformation throughout the factory;
(10) Supervise machine maintenance to regularly inspect equipment, eliminate defects in a timely manner, and keep the equipment in good condition;
(11) Organize and carry out technological innovation activities, carefully summarize experiences and lessons, actively promote new technologies and processes, and continuously improve maintenance quality and labor efficiency;
(12) Strengthen equipment maintenance cost management, spare parts management, and quota management based on the cost and economic indicators issued by the company;
(13) Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
2、 Job requirements
(1) Under the age of 45, hardworking and physically healthy;
(2) Major in Mechatronics, Mechanical or related fields, with a technical secondary school degree or above;
(3) At least 8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, and at least 3 years of management work experience is preferred; Have a solid theoretical foundation of machinery, hydraulics, PLC, etc., be good at designing, repairing and maintaining one or two modules, and skillfully use daily office software and mechanical Technical drawing tool;
(4) Has strong organizational, coordination and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle emergencies and withstand pressure;
(5) Those with excellent conditions can relax their requirements appropriately;

Sales Contract Specialist
1、 Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in the formulation of standard contracts and be responsible for the standardized use of standard contracts in the sales process;
2. Responsible for drafting and reviewing sales contracts, ensuring accurate data, compliant content, and complete documentation;
3. Responsible for registering, numbering, archiving signed agreements and contracts, and establishing an electronic archive ledger;
4. Responsible for assisting salespeople and documenters in tracking and managing contract execution, and supervising contract execution;
5. Responsible for various data statistics of all orders;
6. Responsible for drafting and issuing notification (docking) for handling contract breaches;
7. Responsible for coordinating with legal advisors to prevent sales risks;
8. Responsible for statistical reporting of contract execution status;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
